William Joseph got his big start in 2003 when the friend introduced him to David Foster at a charity event in Phoenix, Arizona. After hearing William play, David asked and come back that night to perform at the concert - he did so, and received a standing ovation. David David said that "I knew I had to work with him" after that.

William's first CD, Within, was released in 2004, and included the tracks Piano Fantasy and Kashmir. William Joseph also began performing alongside high profile artists such as Josh Groban, Clay Aiken, Barbara Streisand, and Il Divo.

William Joseph's second CD, Beyond, was released in 2008. This CD move more in the direction of a modern classical soundtrack, with beautiful melodies and sweeping orchestrations.
